The site of Bremen based in Germany belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Human Resources Generalist for 12 months within the team.

**Your challenges?**
- You will participate and coordinate several HR projects (communication, marketing, health management etc.)
- You will manage the Internal Trainings (coordination, administration and follow up of internal trainings on site)
- You will be responsible for several actions to improve Involvement of Personal
- You will support the administrative tasks
- You will participate in co-designing, optimization and implementation of HR processes

**Let’s talk about you**
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in HR Management / Labor Law
- You have a first experience in HR work (internship, work-study)
- You have an excellent level in English
- You have a good knowledge of German
- You have a good experience in MS Office / Google Application
- An initial experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
