**The Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our senior leadership team, driving key strategic initiatives to propel our technology and business objectives forward. As we approach our Series A funding and our first satellite launch, you'll play a crucial role in our scale-up phase and beyond. Your expertise will help us navigate and shape the evolving Earth Observation (EO) data market. Some of your responsibilities will be as follows,

**Strategic Planning and Execution**.
- Conducting market analysis and providing insights to inform strategic decisions, steering the company towards key opportunities within the EO and climate sectors.

**Business Development and Expansion**
- Identify and pursue high-impact business development opportunities, establishing acquisition strategies to expand our technical capabilities and market presence.
- Engage with new markets and partnerships, leading strategic initiatives that support constellr's growth and drive revenue.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Cultivate and manage relationships with investors, collaborators, and customers. Represent the company in high-stakes meetings and industry events, showcasing our vision and strategy.
- Act as a strategic liaison, communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Thought Leadership and Innovation**
- Stay abreast of advancements in climate technology, contributing to the company’s thought leadership through white papers, strategic presentations, and industry insights.

Location - This position is based in Munich, offered on a hybrid basis requiring a minimum of 2 days per week on-site in our Munich office.

**About you**
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role within a technical or deep-tech environment.
- Strong track record of working closely with C-level executives or founders.
- Extensive experience in business development, acquisitions, and managing strategic partnerships.
- Ability to lead and manage complex, cross-organizational initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of representing senior management at high-level events and meetings.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, autonomous work style, capable of making decisions aligned with critical business objectives.
- Highly advanced in MS suite - high-quality presentations to support external communication.
- Fluent in both German and English; French is a plus.
