Magnetic Line, formerly Direct Maintenance, was established in January 2001 and is a certified line maintenance service provider, holding EASA Part-145 approval and FAA Repair Station approval. In line with the requirements of our customers, aircraft line maintenance is provided to operators of a wide range of Airbus, Boeing and Embraer aircraft types. Tasks
- Create and maintain accurate and confidential digital employee records and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics for data-driven decision-making.
- Process company payroll, including timesheets, deductions, and record maintenance for different international stations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers for smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Handle employee relations issues and guide employees and managers on HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international, state, and federal employment laws and stay updated on HR trends and best practices.Engage in independent communication with stakeholders and actively contribute to diverse HR projects.

**Requirements**:

- Professional education, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferable 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.
- Knowledge of German HR laws, regulations, and best practices (International knowledge is a plus).
- Affinity with administration and payroll processes.
- Proficient in HRIS (ideally BambooHR) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Thriving in Challenging Work Environments
- Fluent in German and English.
