Your Tasks:

- Coordinating a diverse range of asks in national and European merger control proceedings
- Coordinating of fact-finding in antitrust proceedings
- Evaluating documents/evidence in major national and international proceedings in antitrust and civil law as well as in internal audits (E-Searches)
- Multifaceted involvement within corporate transactions (M&A), financing mandates and real estate transactions
- Drafting and reviewing transaction documents (such as confidentiality agreements and powers of attorney) and preparing corporate legal documents
- Due diligence review and coordinating teams in our own offices and international partner law firms

Your Profile:

- Successfully earned a law degree (Wirtschaftsjurist LL.B, LL.M; international law graduate; foreign qualified lawyer etc.)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and at least one other European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Dutch)
- Knowledge of German is desirable but not required
- Beyond that, you manage your stakeholders proactively and you know how to use your organisational talent as well as your interpersonal skills to work well in an interdisciplinary and cross-border team
