**We are Fides**: **Our mission is to enable good governance globally** Fides is a brand-new LegalTech startup based out of Munich. We are creating a data-driven & tech-enabled way to manage corporate governance duties. We will go above and beyond to make this work and expand into global jurisdictions quickly. Founded by successful, second-time founders and funded by top-tier VCs (like Sequoia) and angel investors, we are preparing to make our mark in the startup heaven. We want to build something special, both in terms of product and in terms of culture This will be a rocketship and we need one more passenger before we can really take off **Your mission**: As an Intern to the CEO, you will work closely with our CEO Lisa to support her in her day-to-day activities and gain valuable experience in business strategy, Sales and Marketing. You will have the opportunity to observe the decision-making process and the full Marketing and Sales cycle. You will have the opportunity to support and participate in numerous networking events. This will provide you with insights into various areas of the business and allow you to establish valuable contacts. You will receive an appreciative mentoring from Lisa and she will be available to guide and support you throughout your internship, providing you with useful insights and helping you develop your skills and knowledge. **Responsibilities**: - Assist Lisa in day-to-day activities - Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partners - Prepare reports and presentations - Participate in strategic planning and decision-making discussions - Assist in the execution of diverse projects - Help with administrative tasks **Your profile**: - You’re currently enrolled at University - Strong interest in LegalTech and enthusiasm to rethink the legal market and existing processes with new technologies - Independent, self-motivated work with hands-on mentality - Structured work despite many different topics at the same time - You anticipate issues and resolve them proactively. You never wait until a problem has become too big.
