We are looking for colleagues in our offices in Munich, Germany and in Paris, France.

Position Specific Description:
Join us in promoting Envision Digital’s market leading net zero smart building. Bringing experience from Singapore as a living lab, pre-sale team also cover new business development in a global coverage.

You should be highly skilled in value articulation and critical thinking to engage C-suite from customer.

You should understand and appreciate the complexities of system, hardware and software projects, including solutioning, value engineering, soliciting requirements, design, development and delivery of solutions.

You will be confronted with Solution Design for next generation, digital solution for building with the technology of IOT, Cloud and data analytics (empowered by Envision flagship product EnOS).

Roles and Responsibilities:
You will assess customer's needs and prepare high quality proposals, presentations and bid documents based on the customer’s requirements.

You will have deep knowledge about Envisions offerings and capabilities.

You will support the GTM team to convince and close deals while ensuring the proposal and the solution are aligned with the technical teams.

You will be the technical consultant for the team, while also being a trusted advisor to the customer.

You will contribute to building a healthy sales pipeline.

You will design and incubate new solutions, innovation driven by business opportunities, you will establish eco-partners on the local market and support projects.

Desired Skills and Experience:
You should have 6-8+ years of work experience in a similar industry with strong technical/engineering knowledge.

Experience in tendering and bid management is strongly preferred.

Experience in Facilities Management, building, ESCO is preferred.

Experience in the Retail industry is strongly preferred.

You should have a blend of passion, technical, business and soft skills, as well as strong communication skills with experience in directly engaging customers.

Experience in managing internal and external stakeholder including senior management is highly valued.

You need highly effective verbal and written communications skills in English.

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Project and Facilities Management/Business/or other relevant degrees.

You should have engineering discipline, excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. We are looking for a team player with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines, a highly versatile and adaptable person, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment, and able to cross multiple functions.
