Take your next career step with us. We are searching for an Entrepreneur of Innovation Projects. You are an experienced Chief Scrum Master that enjoys working in an agile environment and innovative team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and R&D experts that is responsible for ensuring the agile development process in the context of all innovation project activities. **What part will you play?** - You build up development in our main development hubs in India, Romania, and China - You manage each innovation project’s scope and timeline. - You will be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders) - You are responsible for the agile process and agile transition (agile mindset) - In addition, you act as a role model and coach for the scrum masters / organization / stakeholders in the agile methodology/framework according to the innovation projects schedule. - You are responsible to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. - You help teams to implement changes effectively and guide scrum master and the innovative development teams to higher scrum maturity. - You coordinate sprints and support team learning through retrospectives meetings. - You teach and adhere to agile methods and values. **Your profile for "Making the future possible".** - You hold a degree in engineering, IT or other technical education from a reputable university or college. - You come with several years of professional experience, preferably in a similar capacity and function. - You have solid knowledge in the process industry, ideally from a multicultural business environment. - In your role as a leader, you lead by example, empowering the team to pave the way for constant improvement with a passion and eagerness to learn. - You are a true believer of open communications, feedback and learning culture, with high empathy.
