**Einführung & Zusammenfassung**:
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Requirements Lead, der über fundierte Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering verfügt und sich im Versicherungsumfeld auskennt. Die Rolle erfordert die Fähigkeit, mit Stakeholdern effektiv zu kommunizieren und deren Bedürfnisse zu vermitteln, während man agil an Projekten arbeitet. Ein tiefes Verständnis für Lebensversicherungsprodukte ist ebenso entscheidend, um qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse zu gewährleisten.
**Aufgaben**:
Der Requirements Lead übernimmt die Verantwortung für die Verwaltung und Qualitätssicherung von Anforderungen innerhalb des Projektteams.- Erstellen von Features und Storys sowie Mitwirkung bei deren Erstellung- Klärung von inhaltlichen Fragestellungen- Vermittlung zwischen Stakeholdern und Umsetzungsteam zur Vertretung der Kundenbedürfnisse- Backlog Management- Ansprechpartner für das Umsetzungsteam- Präsentation der Ergebnisse und des Projektfortschritts- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des TOM Prozesses- Teilnahme an entsprechenden Projektmeetings- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Projektergebnisse durch retrospektive Analysen und Anpassungen
**Skills**:
- Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering- Kenntnisse im Versicherungsumfeld- Kenntnisse von Lebensversicherungsprodukten- Erfahrung in agilen Projektvorgehen
**Weitere Details**:
Die Position ist remote mit flexibler Dauer und erfordert die Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Projektmeetings. Ein proaktiver und kommunikativer Arbeitsansatz ist von Vorteil.
