To strengthen our team in our Frankfurt office, we are looking for the following position with immediate effect on a permanent basis:
Junior Coordinator Business Development (m/w/d) Europe for Tax and Restructuring

**What you do**:

- Business Development
- Organizing events such as international conferences

Market research & regularly reporting
Support practice group leaders bybuilding out materials to facilitate cross-group collaboration and drive revenuegrowth
Support product development
- Financial Management
- Business planning

Create financial analyses
- Talent Management
- Support the practice group leaders by identifying, recruit and onboard laterals

Support the upskilling of team members by organizing tailored retreats
- Knowledge Management/Innovation
- Identifying and seeking ways to improve project management

Improving legal service delivery

**What you get**:

**Your Profile**:

- at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a Big-4 or law firm
- C1-Level English
- Team player and hands on mentality
- MS Office heavy user
- Excellent verbal communication skills
