HappyGlam is a new, innovative, and exciting direct-to-consumer cosmetics start-up based in Berlin. We are building an international brand around vegan, decorative cosmetics products leveraging digital marketing and social media advertisement. We are well funded and have experienced serial entrepreneurs in our founding team

Tasks

As Content Creator you will be responsible for the ideation, production and delivery of all internally generated Happyglam creative content and assets for a variaty of digital marketing channels including Paid Social advertisment, Newsletters and our Own Social Media accounts. Your tasks will include:

- Create relevant content that converts target audiences into customers, drives engagement and increases brand equity across a variety of digital Marketing channels
- Develop and execute our International Marketing activity calendar
- Manage, shape and grow all our Happyglam Social Media accounts

**Requirements**:

- Passion for Social Media (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube)
- Interest in preparing posts or stories for social media & blogs
- A creative mindset to develop art direction based on our brand positioning
- Experience in content creation in-house/agency in a digital environment
- Well-organized, structured mindset with hands-on attitude to drive things on your own
- Competent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent
- Self-starter, full of creative ideas however able to operate under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in verbal and written German and English (fluency in Italian and Spanish are a plus)
