We are creating a future where unlimited machine uptime is the norm, by automating machine diagnostics for the manufacturing industry with a scalable and easy-to-use AI sensor solution. AiSight is featured in the Forbes 30under30 2020 Europe Manufacturing category. We are growing our brand and customer base to achieve our ambitious company goals. To strengthen our team even more we are looking for an Event Planner Intern (M/F/x) to organize all the events on/offline that AiSight will attend from the beginning until the end.

Tasks
- Researching possible events, webinars, fairs, workshops, onsite events
- Managing all aspects of event planning, meeting strict deadlines and budget demands
- Planning and facilitating logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials
- Coordinating with different teams in the organization
- Overseeing experience from conception through post-event, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases
- Organizing within the marketing team with the promotion's activities

**You will succeed in your role if you**:

- are very tidy and detailed with your event calendar
- can meet deadlines
- take ownership, giving us the reassurance we have everything we need for the event
- are a fast learner, understand the team needs
- can measure the quality, KPIs, and performance of the events

**Requirements**:

- You are currently in / have already completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- You have experience in marketing and/or public relations or have event planning skills, (also from previous experience in student associations or extra-curricular that required event planning)
- You are highly motivated and want to work in a young and dynamic team
- You take ownership of your projects and can work independently
- You have strong interpersonal, communicational, and organizational skills
- You have hard-work ethic and a never-give-up attitude, as well as a team player personality
- You know how to manage your time and can prioritize well your tasks
- You are very creative and are detail-oriented

**Languages Requirements**:

- German and English both fluent in writing and speaking
