**Internship Digitalisation & Data Analyitcs (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand project objectives, and ensure alignment with business needs
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring global digitalization projects, while tracking deliverables, timelines, and progress
- Conduct testing on digital projects, troubleshoot issues, document results, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancements
- Contribute to the design and optimization of dashboards, particularly for LE performance tracking, and support the global Data Analytics team
- Perform business administration tasks, coordinate with global teams, and proactively ensure smooth project execution through effective communication and follow-ups

**What makes you great**
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university program in business administration, economics, IT, data analytics, management technology, information systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with dashboard creation and maintenance (Power BI experience is a plus); basic knowledge of testing methodologies, SAP tools, or project management tools is an advantage
- Strong skills in digital project planning, organization, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and fluency in English
- Demonstrates a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and eagerness to contribute to digitalization projects
