**ELEMENT Insurance AG** is a product factory for insurance and a leader in insurance digitalisation. We supply our partners from various industries - both from an insurer, as well as a non-insurer background - with in-house underwritten insurance products, which they market under their own brand. Our modular insurance platform enables us to tailor-fit and supply these non-life insurance products in record speed. We are currently looking for a strategically thinking and success-hungry **Commercial Director France/Spain (f/m/x)** to support our international growth and development of groundbreaking, innovative insurance products. **What will keep you challenged?** - You are responsible for new partnership opportunities with companies from the insurance sector in France or in Spain. - You develop innovative sales strategies and implement them in the marketing of ELEMENT core offerings on our target markets. - You identify partner's pain points and are able to develop targeted solutions based on ELEMENT's capabilities. - You independently initiate contacts with potential business partners (B2B) and support the development of product solutions tailored to the partner's needs. - You analyze trends and identify future developments in the insurance market and ensure that we are always the "first mover" into new markets and new insurance products. - You collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Underwriting, Pricing, Partner Onboarding, Claims, Legal and more to explore and lead partner projects. **What will make you succeed?** - You have at least 8 years of full-time professional experience in B2B sales. - You have a track record of successful partnerships with MGAs and brokers in the French or Spanish market. - You are an excellent networker and can draw on a wide range of contacts. - You are familiar with API integration technologies and are able to explain ELEMENT's capabilities to partners. - You are curious about new and innovative technological solutions and can translate them into new insurance products for our customers. - You have already been able to provide decisive input for the development of insurance products in the past. - Your word carries weight - your confident manner and communication skills ensure that your ideas are accepted and implemented. - Change doesn't unsettle you; it spurs you on. - Experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce is desirable. - Willingness to travel. - You are a team player with fluent English skills and either Spanish or French. **Why ELEMENT?** - The opportunity to be part of a driven and diverse team which is creating a measurable impact on the future of insurance - An open and welcoming company culture, empowering you to freely grow and develop - We openly share our knowledge - we are a mix of insurance experts, technology specialists and experienced entrepreneurs - We have a dedicated onboarding process, enabling you to quickly thrive at ELEMENT - A direct influence on our company and our products - we value your ideas and your input - Plenty of perks including a benefits package, choice of computer, drinks and snacks, language classes, company-wide networking events and outings
