**Aufgabe**:
Als **Solution Architect **(m/w/d) arbeitest Du hauptsächlich in der konzeptionellen Begleitung von Kunden auf ihrer **Hyperautomation Journey.** Hierbei übernimmst du eine beratende Funktion gegenüber den Kunden und bist der Wegbereiter für unsere technischen Experten.

Die Rolle als Hyperautomation Solution Architect (m/w/d) bietet ein vielfältige, interessantes Aufgabenspektrum:

- **Analyse und Reflektion **der Ziele und Nöte von Fachbereichen und IT sowie Erarbeiten von **Strategien, Konzepten und Use Cases **im Hinblick auf Hyperautomation
- Analyse von Prozessen und Services hinsichtlich wirtschaftlichem** Automationspotenzial**, z.B. mithilfe von Mining tools
- **Ganzheitliche Betreuung** und Koordination von **Hyperautomation-Projekten**, inklusive Übersetzung technischer Anforderungen in Prozessspezifikationen und Entwicklungsrichtlinien
- Konzeption, Koordination und **Umsetzung der Architektur** von Automatisierungsprojekten und Integration in die IT-Landschaften unserer Kunden
- **Partnerschaftliche Beratung** unserer Kunden von der Anforderungsdefinition über die Konzeption und Implementierung bis hin zum Produktivgang
- **Verantwortung für Qualität und Projekterfolg** und aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsportfolios Hyperautomation

**Profil**:
Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss, z. B. in **Wirtschaftsinformatik, einem MINT **Fach oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.

Ferner bringst Du folgende Skills mit:

- Mindestens **2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung **in dem Fachgebiet
- Erfahrung in verschiedenen **Automationstechnologien**:

- Du setzt neben deiner **analytischen Intelligenz** auch deine **Empathie **und (digitale) emotionale Intelligenz ein, um unsere Kundinnen und Kunden besser zu verstehen
- Als „**Digital Native**“ hilfst du gerne anderen Menschen, für sie geeignete Technologien und Wege in eine digitalere Zukunft zu entdecken und begleitest sie dabei
- Du bist ein **beratungsaffiner Mensch,** der auch unserem **Vertrieb zu Seite **stehen kann
- Dein sehr **gutes Englisch und Deutsch** helfen dir dabei, mit unseren internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen virtuell zu kommunizieren
