Project Scheduler (M/F/d)
Permanent, full-time position (37 h) - to start as soon as possible in Leipzig, Germany.

**Your tasks**:

- Responsibility for the contractual planning and schedule
- based monitoring of project processes in cooperation with
specialist disciplines
- Creation of the project schedule structure together with

the detailed project schedule
- Responsibility for the continuous schedule and progress

management for all disciplines, including the physical
progress assessment with the project team (e.g. site inspection)
- Maintenance of the internal resource management plan,

including the further development of existing tools
- Creation of project reports and development concepts

with the project team
- Supporting project management with related change

management, by regularly informing about and documenting
deviations and their contractual effects
- Creation and monitoring of project schedules in the

proposal phase

**Your profile**:

- A university degree in the field of industrial engineering or

comparable
- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of

international mechanical and plant engineering or similar
- Extensive knowledge of scheduling and progress planning in

plant engineering and in-depth knowledge of international project
and contract management
- A proactive personality with communication skills, as well as

attention to detail (reporting) - an ability to maintain an overview,
as well as processes information at all times
- Independent, structured and diligent working approach together

with the ability to learn things quickly
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Comprehensive knowledge of project planning software,

including MS Project and Primavera (Power BI an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of English at B1-B2 level (CEFR)

and good knowledge of German at B1-B2 level (CEFR)
