**Job Description: Marketing Specialist - European Region**

**Company Overview**: We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team at Absen, a leading player in the AV industry. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow Absen's presence on various social media platforms, fostering engagement and increasing our follower base.
- Provide both on-site and remote support for localised events throughout Europe, contributing to the successful execution of marketing activities.
- Represent Absen at major industry events like ISE and IBC, engaging with media, overseeing marketing activities, and participating in pre, during, and post-event efforts.
- Cultivate relationships with AV media across Europe, ensuring deadlines are met and collaborations are fruitful.
- Collaborate with our PR agency to create compelling case studies that showcase Absen's success stories across Europe.
- Build and strengthen client relationships at awards ceremonies, effectively representing Absen's brand values.
- Contribute to background administrative tasks such as invoicing, planning, and coordination to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Experience in event management or event support, showcasing your ability to contribute to successful event executions.
- A genuine passion for marketing, combined with the drive and self-motivation to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional time management skills to effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the EU, requiring a valid driving license.
- Optional: Experience within the AV industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
