An opportunity to get to know our organization from the inside out. - You support the central management and coordination of sales and marketing projects within the European sales company smart Europe GmbH - You support the assistant as cross-company interface and coordination between the management of "smart Europe GmbH" - You support the preparation & implementation of the relevant top management committees of "smart Europe GmbH", especially preparation of the supervisory board meetings. - You coordinate the content of smart's sales projects and preparation of the company organization, as well as management of decision papers for committees and regulatory meetings. - You support CEO Office topics such as cooperation management, business model & general cross-functional topics - You participate in the communication and content preparation of lectures, speeches / interviews, decision papers and relevant briefing documents for the management. - You organize various interdepartmental company departments such as fleet and company car management, facility management coordination, company events, etc. **What you bring along** - You are studying Business Administration, International Management, Media and Communication Sciences or a comparable course of studies in your late Bachelor degree or Master degree - You are able to speak and write German and English fluently - You are confident in handling MS-Office - Your personal skills are the following: Confident appearance, quick perception, team-oriented and communicative working style, organizational talent, communicative skills, structured, creativity, reliability, independent and precise work We're building a workplace where amazing people like you can do their best work.
