**Deine Aufgaben**:
Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Project Lead Construction (m/w/d) für Freileitungsbauprojekte. In dieser Rolle erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben:

- Fachliche Führung der Bauleiter (m/w/d), Baukontrolleure (m/w/d) und Baulogistiker (m/w/d) der einzelnen Teilabschnitte des Projektes
- Koordinierung aller Baugewerke für den Neubau von Freileitungen
- Qualitätsüberprüfung der Genehmigungsunterlagen im Hinblick auf eine effiziente Bauumsetzung sowie betriebsrelevante Aspekte und die Kontrolle der Ausführungsplanung
- Übergeordnete Verantwortung für Kosten, Termine, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit innerhalb des Projektes sowie regelmäßiger Berichterstattung an die Gesamtprojektleitung
- Sicherstellung der Beschaffung von Material und Dienstleistungen sowie Abklärung von Abweichungen und Vertragsänderungen mit den Bauunternehmen

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) der Fachrichtung Ingenieurwissenschaften, wie Bauingenieurwesen, Umwelttechnik, Verkehrsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Großbaustellen, Kenntnisse im Bereich Linien-/Infrastrukturbaustellen
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (idealerweise mit Zertifizierung nach IPMA) und in der Leitung von Projektteams ist erforderlich
- Sichere Handhabung von MS-Tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint) und Erfahrungen mit SAP
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und fließende Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
- Führerschein Klasse B und hohe Reisebereitschaft
