The Opportunity

Food service (i.e. sale of food and beverages for immediate consumption) is one of the largest industries in the global economy and one of the quickest evolving. Consumer preferences change daily, and companies must be able to cope with ever-increasing complexity, which further complicates already crucial issues, such as inventory and workforce management. We are building the solution that every industry leader needs to make informed decisions. The Solution

Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately collects data on stock availability and consumption, improving control toward costs and resources. The reliability of our inventory management will empower our solution at achieving better future forecasting capabilities and later when procurement will be included a fully automated and zero waste supply chain.

We are looking for

A strongly motivated technical cofounder joining our mission to reduce food waste and leading the development of our solution to become the easiest and most reliable experience available on the market. Data is the foundation of every successful decision.

Your Tasks
- Takes full ownership of product development and all other technical aspects.
- Attracts, builds, and leads the tech team.
- Works closely with the CEO and the team to build a reliable product roadmap and ensure its execution.
- Polish and improve our MVP to become a fully scalable product.
- Makes sure technical feasibility and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement effective and scalable tech processes.
- Enjoys working under pressure with tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:
Must haves
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant fields.
- 5+ Years experience as a Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer.
- Tech Stack: Python, Javascript, React, Apollo, Graphql, Node.js, AWS, MongoDB.
- Proficiency taking early stage projects forward.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Experience with AI and ML data analysis.

Nice to have
- Experience related to the F&B industry, preferably in the hotel/restaurant segment.
- Prior experience within WMS or cloud infrastructure is a big plus.
- Previous entrepreneurial or startup experience.
