**Global Product Quality Expert (M/F/d)**:
**We Elevate... Your Career**:

- Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to systematically resolve zonal or global product quality problems respectively to non-conformances in line with the Group stated objectives
- Definition of non-conformance solution based learnings to prevent reccurrence of similar issues in the future
- Continuous product, tool and process improvement by implementing corrective and preventive action process globally
- Support GFQE-Q4.0 resp. FQE-HUB in conducting the resolution of addressed problems to define necessary corrective actions to improve the product quality
- Govern the global NC process; define the top product quality issues with the concerned organizations and govern or drive resolution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analytics and a closed feedback loop for organizational learning
- Active support and contribution to improve existing SPSP e.g. define and initiate process update based on Webinar inputs resp. feedbacks
- Report monthly the status of all ongoing problem resolution projects as inputs for the Global Cockpit Chart resp. Zone SPQR status

**We ElevateYour Skills**:

- Desired good understanding of elevator industry (product knowledge, supply chain and FO aspects)
- Experience in project and process management
- Engish C2 (proficient), German language skills are an advantage
- IT skills, basic knowledge in SAP, data analytics methodologies
- Excellent communication & leadership skills with experience in cross-functional and multinational environments
- Experience in problem solving methodology as well as in people and conflict management
- Ability to drive/support changes within organizations
