**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We seek a passionate, highly energetic Social Media Content Creator (f/m/d) based in Germany with solid experience. You will be an essential part of our bootstrapped and 100% remote company with a flat organizational structure. The position is full-time. **WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Engage in daily social media activity and content creation for our several social media accounts, mainly on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Craft emotionally resonant, impactful, goal-driven content for social media with a focus on short videos
- You're comfortable taking an 'on-camera' role as an integral part of the content creation process (face of brand)
- Support in developing a social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy
- Create content that can be adapted by our local social media managers, e.g. for Brazil, Türkiye or LATAM
- Optimize social media posts, collaborate with the Marketing team to analyze performance and growth metrics, and adjust creative accordingly
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends
- Identify and communicate with influencers and creators
- Be an active member of the Marketing team and help to grow Jaumo
- Work agile with a motivated and innovative lean team of experts (including us, the two founders)

**YOU HAVE**
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role
- Exceptional knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, including filming, editing, and utilizing features
- Expertise in design, video editing, and social media copywriting
- Knowledge of the trends and popular “sounds” used through TikTok and Instagram
- Deep knowledge of what does well on TikTok/Instagram and what doesn't
- Understanding of content and what tells stories and drives engagement
- Experience with managing social media accounts on Instagram and Tiktok
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with mínimal direction
- Reside in Germany and have a grasp of the German culture

**OUR HIRING PROCESS**

Our hiring process consists of three stages (including an online test) and usually takes up to a few weeks, depending on how fast each stage is completed:

- Online test - ~34 minutes
- Job fit interview - ~30 minutes (with the CEO/Co-founder)
- Homework assignment - ~2 hours
- Skills interview - ~90 minutes (with several from the team, including future colleagues)
