To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated colleague to join our multinational and interdisciplinary sales team in Ulm, Germany.

Administrative & Organisational Assistant (f/m/d)

**Your Tasks**: You

**Your Ta Your Tasks**: Independent and autonomous organisation of the front desk Hospitality of visitors Administrative tasks (e.g. ordering office supplies, calendar maintenance) Preparation of the meeting rooms Travel organisation & hotel booking Support for internal events e.g. catering and framework planning Coordination and supervision of service providers (cleaning company) Support for other departments in the administration and implementation of actions, e.g. voucher dispatch & contract administration

**Your Qualifications**:
Commercial training or training as a hotel specialist, alternatively comparable qualification with reference to customer service and organization.
Experience in the areas of reception, administration, event organization
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Committed, responsible and independent way of working
Organisational skills and service orientation
