**Your assignment**

As our company is growing, we are looking for a payroll & staff administrative assistant that is fluent in **English **and** German** to join our team, which is committed to providing the best employee experience to our staff.

Based in Berlin and attached to our People and payroll administrator, you will be in charge of staff administrative and training.

The People Operations Administrator is responsible for the execution of the full employee administration lifecycle including monthly payroll cycle, answering general enquiries from employees, onboarding, off-boarding and employment changes.

**Things you'll be working on**

**Staff administration**

You are responsible for the execution of job change processes (e.g. change of salary, change of hours, change of location, etc.)

You are responsible for the execution of Valiantys family leave processes and compliance with local labor laws.

You will ensure that the employee database is maintained with correct information.

You are the guarantor of labor regulations, legislation and our HR policy

You manage the hiring and leaving formalities of your area

You collect and verify key performance indicators for reporting purposes

**Payroll**

You will collect, enter and control the variable elements of the payroll (vacations, absences, working hours, overtime, etc.)

You control the payroll elements of your perimeter (e.g.: employer and employee charges)

**Training**

You will work with managers and management on an annual basis to identify training needs.

You will need to be able to work with a variety of people to ensure that your work is of high quality and that you are able to meet the needs of your clients.

You will be responsible for the development of the training plan.

You will be the point of contact for the LinkedIn Learning platform

You will maintain training follow up for each employee
