**Hello**
**The position**:
As a Climate Strategy Advisor, your primary focus is to help cities succeed in their climate transition. You will meet our customers, our city climate heroes, as a natural part of our sales process when you set them up for success in driving change in their city. You will help them get onboarded on our platform and make sure they use it to its fullest potential, including learning from other cities and to share best practices between cities. As the primary contact for a portfolio of cities you will also be the voice of the customer to our product team, to help us improve and evolve our product.
We believe the best way to meet the challenges we face is with a highly skilled, diverse and passionate team. You will be joining the advisory & expert team and work side by side with inspiring colleagues, such as Niklas, Lydia and Karin. Michael, Regional Director DACH, will be your team lead, and you’ll also work closely with Dorothea and Nora in the DACH team. With your base in Germany, you will join a fully remote and closely-knit team of bright individuals, passionate about their work and our joint mission.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Climate strategy**: Minimum 3 years of experience from working with climate/sustainability strategy or planning, ideally as a management consultant with responsibility for handling own clients, and with Green Finance experience as an advantage.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Ability to lead, prioritize and work with tight deadlines, as well as coaching clients and adding new perspectives.
- **Interpersonal skills**:Highly skilled relationship builder with strong collaboration skills and coaching skills.
- **Communication skills**:Excellent written and presentation skills in both German and English.
