Aufgaben
- Lead the requirements engineering function and establish best practices, standards, and methodologies across the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and refine
product vision and strategy.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
- Facilitate requirements prioritization, traceability, and change management throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure clear and concise documentation of requirements, including user stories,
use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Mentor and coach requirements engineers and analysts within the organization.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that requirements are testable and verifiable.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in requirements engineering to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the requirements engineering team.
Qualifikation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in requirements engineering, with a focus on software or product development.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with experience in leading a team of requirements engineers or analysts.
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Proficiency in using requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise requirements
