**The Opportunity**:
Join our dynamic Munich team as a Working Student in People Operations. Your role is to support various employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, contract management, and exits, ensuring positive experiences for all team members. Organizing and maintaining personnel files (both electronic and hardcopy) will streamline document management. Take a proactive approach to enhance HR processes and administrative tools. Gain hands-on experience in monthly payroll tasks and engaging in office activities for smooth operations. Your resourceful research skills will help explore new HR initiatives and innovative solutions. Oversee effective support operations, providing timely assistance to customers. **_ Your Mission:_**
- Empower Employee Success: Support employees from onboarding to exits, ensuring a positive experience and setting them up for success.
- Efficient Document Management: Organize and manage personnel files, both electronic and hardcopy, for a streamlined HR system.
- Enhance HR Processes: Improve HR tools and processes, including our Personio platform, to boost efficiency.
- Payroll and Office Support: Assist with monthly payroll tasks and various office activities.
- Be Curious, Be Resourceful: Conduct research to drive HR initiatives and discover innovative solutions.
- Support Operations Management: Oversee the smooth functioning of our support operations, ensuring timely and effective support to our customers.
**What You Need to Succeed**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree ideally with a focus on human resources.
- A structured and accurate working style, with great attention to detail.
- Possess a hands-on mentality, enthusiastic approach, and adaptability to handle diverse tasks.
- Strong communication skills and exceptional organizational talent, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Sufficient knowledge of iOS platforms to effectively navigate relevant tools.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Location-based in Munich, Germany.
