**Responsibilities**:

- Checking, recording and allocating all incoming invoices
- Preparation of outgoing invoices
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordination with other departments and statistical analyses
- General organizational office tasks

**Key Qualifications**:

- German at native speaker level and fluent in English
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in accounting
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central an advantage
- Good communication skills, ability to work independently, flexibility and above all reliability
