**Job Purpose/Role**

We are looking for a Senior BMP Transparency Specialist to join our team with a passion for finance and transformation, who is enjoying to work in an international and agile environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- The BMP Transparency Specialist is in charge of supporting the BMP Global Build activities within the Group (especially funding); enable digital transformation in a coordinated and collaborative manner; leverage the synergies of the Group-wide digital activities by transparently mapping the OE driven activities and connect the efforts.
- Support activities related to funding management of the digital business transformation across the Build phase.
- Design and further develop a regular reporting tracking of BMP phases (mainly Build and Rollout)
- Re-use and enhance available data regarding IT-driven initiatives across different BMP building blocks and Agile Release Train (SAFe).
- Create and maintain an easy-to-use reporting environment with focus on BMP.

**Qualification**
- Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ideally education in the area of finance, insurance or business administration

**Experience & Key skills**
- Experience in insurance business and transformation programs
- Experience in insurance finance and passion for quantitative work
- Passionate and self-driven; eager to learn and drive topics forward
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and “can do” attitude
- Ideally proven ability to work in different cultures
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders effectively in a dynamic environment and deliver in a high pressure environment
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to challenge stakeholders
