We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to take ownership of our Government business. You will lead a team that drives our business to government sales, and expands on opportunities to make CareerFoundry’s online career change programs universal. You will report directly to the CEO.

CareerFoundry is building the most human-centric online education experience for career changers in tech. We are a startup with nationalities from over 30 countries who value learning, growing, and working in an integrative, collaborative, and transparent environment.

This is a full-time position based in Germany. We are a remote-first company but will occasionally have in-person meetings in Berlin.

**What you’ll work on**:
Drive B2G sales:

- Task a dedicated cross-functional team in marketing and sales
- Create plans to improve conversion rates and increase lead volume
- Report on B2G enrolments, funnel metrics, and student success rates monthly
- Review AfA marketing e.g. performance marketing, copy, flyers, etc.

Be the go-between:

- Communicate and collaborate with B2G product teams
- You will work closely with the Head of Compliance (in the Finance department).

Expand our B2G opportunities:

- Make business cases, and execute a rollout plan
- Assess how to increase brand awareness in AfA organization and at AfA locations
- Review other opportunities within AfA or more broadly with the government
- Assess B2G opportunities in Europe
- Hire internationally in Europe for this rollout plan

**Your background**:

- Entrepreneurial and ambitious with a strong business drive
- Analytical and marketing savvy
- Project driven, familiar with agile methods
- Excellent collaboration skills: From C level to cross functional teams
- Experience with leading teams
- Fluent in English and German
