Company HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH Full time / Part time: The position can be filled in full or part time. Summary For the Area "Electroplating / Surface Coating" we are looking for a "Specialist Electroplating / Surface Coating (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible. The PCB production as part of the HENSOLDT production is specialized for the production of high frequency and multilayer PCBs, which are assembled and tested in further production steps in the electronics production. Your Tasks- Carrying out all wet chemical work for the production of multilayers including inner layer production and microwave substrates- Independent operation of the metallization line including loading, setting up of individual product carriers and ensuring trouble-free operation- Surface coating of laminates (chem. NiAu, galv. Au, galv. Ni and HAL (PbSn - surface))- Inspection of the work carried out in accordance with the specifications of IPC 6010 / IPC A 600 or the internal production regulations- Determination of etch removal and measurement of etched structures by means of microscope- Evaluation of abnormalities as well as initiation of measures to avoid defects- Care and maintenance of equipment and baths as well as monitoring- Analytical control of the chemical and electrolytic baths including calculation of additional dosages- Carrying out cleaning intervals (e.g. pickling) and new preparations- Operation of the neutralization plant Willingness to work rotating shifts and occasional Saturday work is required.
