Join us in shaping the future at our **Munich** location as a **(Senior) Product Owner (m/w/d) E-Commerce Europe** YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - You are responsible for the further development of the backend of our Webshop - always considering the European market as well as country-specific systems and processes. - With the help of the collected requirements of the EU stakeholders, feature requests as well as user stories and the corresponding business cases, you define relevant business requirements. - You prioritize functionalities in close cooperation with the frontend team and when it comes to process optimization and insights, headquarters and regional teams are your sparring partners. - You actively support the implementation of complex intercompany projects (e. g. introduction of OMS, CRM) and work together with internal and external service providers. - You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting. - Last but not least, you control the corresponding external service providers in case of functional changes in the Webshop backend and ensure a smooth implementation. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: - Completed studies in economics, media/communication sciences or a comparable course of studies - Several years of experience as a project / product manager for e-commerce, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle sector - Fit in agile working methods such as Scrum and Kanban, in the area of web analytics & UX as well as experience with Jira and Confluence - Familiar with current e-commerce technologies, ideally Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PIM, CMS etc., as well as a good understanding of business contexts - Good knowledge of HTML & CSS - Strong communication skills, both in detail and in the "big picture" - Analytical-structured, team player and with the competence to manage agile teams - Very good knowledge of English WE OFFER: If you have any further questions, please contact Maria Blum +49 221 310835 635 .
