**What you'll do**
- Support for GPO COO team incl. the Reporting&Analytics team
- Usage of Excel VBA and smaller development tasks
- Communication with LoBs and colleagues for clarification and explanation
- Creating and evaluating reports incl. simplifications
- Ad-hoc support of other GPO processes and projects
**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences (FH), all fields of study - preferred IT, economics, int. business
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel VBA skills , Word, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal skills in English and German is a must
- Proactive thinking and good sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with focus on results
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
**Meet your team**
The Global Procurement Organization (GPO) is in the finalization of transformation that will change the dynamic of how GPO engages with its stakeholders. This transformation is necessary to keep up with the fast-changing environment, develop into a digital organization, meet the Board’s ambitious growth plans, and support SAP’s strategy.
The COO Team is part of the Global Procurement Organization. The team helps to make GPO run simpler, compliant and effective and to improve our people´s lives.
We want to make GPO the place to be - transparent and well structured.
We need to identify and support to review processes (incl. potential for automatization and resp. outsourcing) and roll them out. Important is to ensure clear governance guidelines as well and provide referring reports & analyses.- #Workingstudent #Werkstudent #Germany #Deutschland #Student_
