DEINE AUFGABEN
- Zur regelmäßigen Messung und Analyse der Employee Experience erstellst du Strategien und Mechanismen
- Du erarbeitest und verantwortest die Durchführung von Maßnahmen, um Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und -bindung zu stärken
- Du erarbeitest KPI's, die unterschiedliche HR-Bereiche, wie Recruiting, Personalentwicklung und Unternehmenskultur zu besserer Messbarkeit verhelfen
- Im Kontext Employer Branding identifizierst Du zielgruppenspezifische Trends sowie aktuelle Themen und erstellst auf dieser Basis Redaktionspläne für die unterschiedlichen Social-Media-Kanäle
- Passend zu unserer Corporate Identity erstellst Du in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing-Team zielgruppengerechten Content (Text, Bild und Video) und bereitest diesen selbständig für unsere Kommunikationskanäle auf (z.B. Business Netzwerke, Karrierewebsite, Social Media)
- Du betreust unsere Online-Auftritte & Arbeitgeberbewertungsportale mit dem Fokus auf karriererelevante Themen und bist verantwortlich für deren Konsistenz bzw. Aktualität
- Deine kreativen Ideen erweckst Du aktiv mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zum Leben und trägst damit maßgeblich zur Umsetzung unserer strategischen Employee Experience & Employer Branding Ziele bei

DEINE MUST-HAVES
- Du hast ein erfolgreich absolviertes Hochschulstudium - z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Kommunikations
- oder Medienwissenschaften - mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing / Kommunikation / Human Resources oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Ausbildung
- Deine erste Praxiserfahrung in den Bereichen Personalmarketing, Employer Branding oder (HR-)Communications kombinierst Du mit Deinen Erfahrungen in der Content Produktion (Text, Bild, Video)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Zahlen und kannst datenbasierte Informationen erarbeiten
- Du beherrscht Methoden zur Event
- oder Projektplanung
- Online-Plattformen und weitere Kommunikationswerkzeuge gehören zu Deiner ganz persönlichen Toolbox
- Du bist kreativ, kommunikationsstark und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte für diverse Stakeholder angemessen aufbereiten (mündlich, schriftlich, multimedial)
- Du verständigst dich mühelos auch in Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Du besitzt interkulturelle Kompetenz und eine eigenständige, Hands-on Arbeitsweise
- Du kannst Menschen begeistern und hast eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung
