For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Student Assistant**

Your new job includes
- As a working student (M/F/d) in the Advertising & Promotion team you will support the department in the planning, acquisition, negotiation and coordination of advertising measures
- Creation of briefings for the system-based recording and billing of advertising measures, promotions and price activities
- Supporting the planning of promotions and price activities for the locations and coordinating their implementation
- Coordinating the implementation of brand placements for shop openings, shop conversions and re-locations for our shops at airports and border crossings
- Maintaining shop plans
- Ordering advertising materials from our internal creative department
- Taking on smaller project tasks and providing operational support in the care of smaller distribution customers
- Supporting the induction of new employees and taking over day-to-day business in the event of representation

What you should bring along
- Degree in marketing, business administration, economics or a comparable field
- Proficiency in MS Office and preferably experience in working with SAP
- Good written and spoken English and German
- An interest in day-to-day operations and independently handling smaller projects
- Organizational talent, ability to work independently and interest in an international environment
- Strong service orientation and communication skills within and outside the team
- Initiative and flexibility
- Some experience in negotiations is an advantage
