World Chess — an international chess gaming and entertainment group that reinvented chess for the modern consumer and organized the FIDE Championship Matches worldwide.

You will oversee the production of our chess broadcasting programs from conception to completion.

You will work with fellow professionals globally in the planning, pre-production, and execution of live broadcasts and content programs. You will guide creative strategy for show formats and be accountable for the program success and for the experiences the team provides to the audience. You will act as a key point of contact for program makers and operations team, ensuring efficient and collaborative communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Design and drive broadcasting and content programs from start to finish: plans, schedules, creative problem solving, vendor selection and management.
- Manage broadcast, production and content teams to produce broadcast programs.
- Manage PR & marketing teams to provide and integrate top-notch communication and marketing efforts to our competitions and content programs.
- Work closely with our digital team to review details of relative online tournaments & events and ensure accuracy of set-ups, timing & other details.
- Manage budget execution and impact on the P&L: from initial planning and budgeting through to managing day-to-day requirements and final delivery, on budget.
- Define graphic, video, media, and general show needs requests.
- Show-run live broadcasts, craft show structure and source relevant broadcast elements, build rundowns and lead script review, innovate and refine show builds and tech.
- Ensure our products are achieving strategic portfolio and business goals.
- Provide updates and visibility on the project status to the leadership team.

**Requirements**:

- You've produced shows and large-scale content marketing projects
- You have a broad vision of the esports and media landscape
- You have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in a live broadcasts in gaming or sports or content production, with an expert level of B2C marketing (including digital) tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 62,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per hour
