Technical Trainer

Summary We are looking for a “Technical Instructor (f/m/d)” for our “Corporate College” department at the Oberkochen site at the earliest possible date. Our modern and future-oriented training with extensive equipment enables optimal and realistic preparation of the trainees for their deployment in the specialist areas. We work closely with our partners, the various vocational schools, to impart theoretical knowledge. Our team of trainers supports the young people in their personal development and is always a competent point of contact during their training and on their further career path. Your Tasks- Planning, management, further development and implementation of in-company technical training at the training center within the HENSOLDT Oberkochen campus- Intensive collaboration and cooperation with the specialist departments and the institutions and partners involved in the training- Teaching theoretical and practical training content in accordance with the training framework plan and preparing for the final examinations- Development, organization and support of learning and personnel development processes- Teaching specialist, methodological and social skills- Selecting training content and designing and teaching it according to innovative methodological and didactic aspects- Initiating and managing recruitment and marketing measures and implementing them in collaboration with the stakeholders involved Your Profile- Completed vocational training and technician or master craftsman qualification in the fields of mechatronics / mechanics / electronics or comparable- Several years of experience in various specialist areas- Experience and interest in working with young people and young adults as well as strong team orientation- Sound specialist knowledge in the fields of mechatronics / mechanics / electronics- Good IT knowledge and organizational skills- High social competence as well as vocational and work pedagogical skills (AEVO)- Very independent, conceptual, flexible and proactive way of working- Very good German and good English skills Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
