**Deine neuen Aufgaben**:

- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Support unserer Anwender:innen (UHD) für unsere FIM-Portal Software, Kopano Groupware und Seafile Cloudspeicher
- Du arbeitest am Anforderungs
- und Ideenmanagement mit. Dabei denkst du Prozesse end-to-end und arbeitest mit den Anwender:innen bis zur finalen Lösungsumsetzung
- In der engen Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Software Entwicklern bist du mitverantwortlich für das Testen der Anwendung
- Du koordinierst federführend die Kommunikation mit den Softwareherstellern von Kopano und Seafile
- Du organisierst das Bugfixing durch die Hersteller - von der Definition bis zur Abnahme
- Du führst die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Pflege von Datenimporten und Exporten durch, die noch nicht automatisiert wurden
- Du führst Schulungen, Beratungen und das Coaching der Keyuser und dem UHD durch

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast ein Studium der Informatik oder eine Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in Anwendungsentwicklung mit Anwendungsentwicklung Inhalten erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendungsbetreuung, Kundenkommunikation, Softwareentwicklung oder in ähnlichem
- Du bringst außerdem gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Datenbanksystem mit
- Du hast fundierte praktische Erfahrungen mit Open Source Anwendungen
- Dich zeichnen eine hohe soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz, eine zielgerichtete Kommunikation und souveräner, konstruktiver Umgang mit Konfliktsituationen aus
- Du passt zu uns, wenn die folgenden Sätze auch von dir stammen könnten:
