This unit powers core services - wealth management, market making, risk management, regulation, and more - with outstanding efficiency and feature delivery. You will manage a focused team of five, united by a long-term vision, strong culture, and real independence. **Responsibilities**: - Lead and inspire a team of dedicated Python backend engineers, empowering quant development tech units to deliver services beyond what competitors can imagine. - Design and build new platforms for our customers using cutting-edge technology and modern software practices such as agile teams, test automation, and cloud-based infrastructure. Remain open to replacing your system when a better alternative emerges. - Drive legacy systems forward, remembering that every service here has been rewritten multiple times - reflecting our commitment to progress, not complacency.
