**Your tasks**:

- You will be working under the innovation department to be involved in strengthening the R&D community through supporting the organisation of the International Developer's Conference (IDC), the R&D community's largest annual internal conference
- Support in the strategic planning and conceptualisation of initiatives at the IDC with the goal of strengthening the international R&D community
- Interfacing with speakers, content curators and other business stakeholders for the purpose of content and logístical coordination
- Supporting in the development of the conference online platform in terms of content management and web design
- Preparing analysis reports and presentation slides for various stakeholder meetings
- Ensuring the smooth and successful running of the IDC during the conference itself

**Your qualifications**:

- Academic master studies in the field of communications, business administration or comparable field of studies
- Profound knowledge of MS Office programs
- Reliable and structured approach to work
- Self-directed approach to work, strong job commitment and team player
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German- ID: 2912
