As a Logistics Specialist, you will manage and coordinate order flow across channels, optimizing logistics, distribution, and transportation to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage the order flow for all SumUp Sales channels, from Back Office to Front Office
- Process orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely delivery by managing inventory, documentation, and communication with stakeholders
- Act as the single point of contact for Logistics operations across Europe and the UK, owning the process end-to-end for our retailers and distributors
- Support Sales teams, channels and partners by providing logistics expertise and operational assistance, managing operations across multiple networks
- Coordinate logistics operations for online marketplaces and serve as the escalation point for Support teams, ensuring swift issue resolution

**You'll be a great fit for this position if**:

- Previous experience in executing logistics tasks
- Strong understanding of transport, inventory management, warehousing, and reverse logistics from a logistics-related role
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail for reporting and basic data analysis
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Oracle
