**Your profile**:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in Breitenbach. In this role, you will support various stages of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in various production tasks, including trimming, packaging, and processing of cannabis products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Monitor production equipment for proper operation and report issues to supervisors
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of products
- Participate in quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily production goals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain standing and perform physical tasks continuously throughout an entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is an advantage
- B2+ level in English; abilities in German, Spanish or French are an advantage
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland without visa sponsorship

**Work Conditions**:

- Onsite work in Breitenbach, Solothurn Canton, Switzerland — accessible by train via Basel and nearby stations in Laufen and Zwingen
- 45 hour working week, 7 am to 4 pm shifts including breaks
