**This is a great opportunity for you.** EVP NCE>Service Offshore NCE>Service Resources Readiness **Responsibilities**: You will be the Lead Technician of a team of technicians with the following main areas of responsibility: - Lead the way in creating a safe working environment for your team while on the turbine and in the wind farm while encouraging reporting of incidents, near misses and unsafe acts and conditions. - Lead the service, troubleshooting, main component and upgrade teams to deliver scheduled and unscheduled activities on the wind farm. - Direct supervision and support of the team on site. - Daily management and division of tasks / projects. - Preparation and execution of work packages including reporting on progress. - Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. - Provide the necessary guidance and governance to ensure compliance with Vestas' policies and procedures. - Ensure that the Vestas Core Values are adhered to. **Qualifications**: Wind Industry experience - for example - Siemens qualified Level 5, or other manufacturers, with ideally, minimum 3 years' experience.
