**Your New Role: Office & Events Specialist**

Location: Dusseldorf, Germany (On-Site)

We are seeking a dedicated Office & Events Specialist to manage our office operations and coordinate engaging events. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive work environment while facilitating memorable experiences for our team and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a tidy, efficient, and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate logistics and manage events from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate meetings, training sessions, and external engagements.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring for office supplies and events.
- Support employee communication and engagement initiatives through relevant activities and events.

**Requirements**:
**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in office management and event coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Flexible and adaptable, ready to tackle challenges as they arise.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
