**Main responsibilites**:

- Lead the technical solutions and collaborate with innovation team
- Reating successful solutions for customers, empowering the local E-mobility team, local E-Mobility BDMs and removing roadblocks for developing vision business
- Act as the main vision specialist contact to our local E-mobility team in CCs, ensure the customer's project RFQ needs are clearly understood and collaborate with relevant vision core team and deliver premium solutions that improve the end user's manufacturing process and ultimately leads to a satisfied & loyal customer
- In long-term increasing local self - competence in all E-Mobility / vision related technology to reduce the load from vision core team in daily business
- Working in close cooperation with the KAM's and E-Mobility sales team, secondary technical point of contact with the customer to ensure small to large project RFQ's are specified correctly and quoted, delivered and commissioned in line with the customer's needs as next step
- Support the sales team with customer visits / site engagements to gain an understanding of specific needs
- Determine the correct vision technology / solutions within the Global E-Mobility market
- Center of technical knowledge for vision solutions in e-mobility
- Easy to do business with, making us first in mind and first in choice
- Work with several layers of customers, sales, project management, product management, end users and partners
- Be able & competent enough to evaluate customer/end user RFQ requirements and customer/end user specifications
- Identify risk and opportunities, and develop executable risk mitigation
- Ensures local or international standards have been accounted for.
- To manage all projects obstacle and provide solutions as well as manage all customer demands during the project process.
- Support product-marketing team regarding all technical information needed in marketing department.
- Carry out other relevant duties requested by the Company.
- Some international travel required as needed

**Experience requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a university preferably in Engineering
- 5+ years of working in a technical role preferably in the automotive industry
- 5+ experience in vision technology
- Experience of the joining technologies such as SPR, dispensing & flow drilling
- Experience in leading projects to design, produce and install industrial goods preferred in automotive industry or automated processes with assembly stations
- Professional and positive attitude
- Excellent mechanical and technical aptitude
- Knowledge / experience on industrial automation and electromobility is an asset
- A flexible approach, the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Experience working in a fast-moving environment and be able to demonstrate good time management and organizational skills
- The ability to oversee the multiple customer projects while maintaining a structured approach to the workload
