**Your Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Regional Marketing Strategy Execution**: Assist in the implementation of regional marketing strategies across the Nordics to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and sales growth.
- ** Campaign Management**: Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, events, and PR) to support brand objectives and product launches.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the EMEA marketing team, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of marketing activities.
- ** Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the Nordics. Provide insights to adapt strategies to local market conditions.
- ** Media & Influencer Relations**: Build and manage relationships with key media, influencers, and local partners to ensure effective PR campaigns and product exposure.
- ** Event Planning & Execution**: Organize and support local marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and consumer events.
- ** Content Localization**: Work with global content teams to ensure that marketing materials are tailored to the Nordics market, aligning with local language, culture, and consumer preferences.
- ** Reporting & Metrics**: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities across the Nordics region, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
**Your profile**:
- 5-6 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on the Nordics region.
- Strong understanding of the Nordics market, including consumer behavior, cultural differences, and local trends.
- Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, PR, and digital marketing.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in one or more of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish) is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Nordics region and occasionally to other EMEA locations.
- A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to track performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
**Desired Skills**:
- Experience in the tech, consumer electronics, or home appliances industries is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying up to date with industry trends.
