Master Cleaner

**This position is located full time in Wiesbaden, Germany, and is currently under bid**

As the Master Cleaner (Gebaeudereinigungmeister), you will be responsible for ensuring all custodians perform a range of custodial work including dusting, cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, collection and removal of trash, restocking of supplies, cleaning windows restrooms, balconies, stairwells, common areas and outside traffic areas. You will also be responsible for checking and verifying and as needed to ensure proper custodial duties are completed.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creating and assigning cleaning schedules based on workload and facility needs.
- Monitoring staff performance and addressing any issues.
- Managing employee time and attendance.
- Establishing and enforcing cleaning standards and procedures.
- Performing regular quality inspections to ensure proper cleaning practices are followed.
- Identifying and addressing cleaning concerns raised by Centerra.
- Coordinating deep cleaning services.
- Maintaining adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensuring proper storage and usage of cleaning chemicals.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Implementing safety training for custodial staff.
- Investigating and addressing any safety concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Certificate of tradesmen for Gebaeudereinigung (Gebaeudereinigungmeister).
- Proven experience as a certified Gebaeudereinigung (Gebaeudereinigungmeister).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience Gebaeudereinigungmeister.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fluency in German and English.
