**Then come and join our global team as **Head (f/m/d) of EHS LD Germany and Luxembourg In-vitro-Diagnostika to actively improve the EHS Management and drive the success of Siemens Healthineers forward.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You drive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the EHS Management of Siemens Healthineers for the German sites of the Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Products GmbH and the LD site in Luxembourg as well as foster EHS partnership with HR, QT, workers council for employee and product related EHS issues, in particular in Europe
- You ensure regulatory compliance by interacting with authorities and networking in industry associations and guiding the business accordingly
- You coordinate the planning, organization, and implementation of specific EHS programs and projects within the Germany sites of the Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Products GmbH and the LD site in Luxembourg
- You monitor existing and potential EHS concerns and recommend priorities for resolution within LD Europe in partnership with the other LD Sites at Swords and Llanberis
- You support and advise the managing directors of assigned organizational unit in all EHS matters
- You maintain accountable relationships with regulatory and government agencies (EHS related)
- You represent the company for Genetic Engineering (“Betreibervertreter für Gentechnik”)
- You lead the Crisis Management Team of Marburg, Duisburg, Cologne and Schwalbach
- You are the Siemens Healthineers representative in the environmental task force of the “Association of German Diagnostic industrie” “Society of Diagnostic Industry (e.g. Verband der Diagnostica Industrie - VDGH)
- You act as an advisor to the LD QT PREP Leader for the PREP related issues for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Products GmbH (REACH, RoHS & GHS)

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You hold a completed scientific study (e.g. chemistry or biology) or a similar education. Relevant EHS education/training would be of advantage
- You have many years of experience in a strictly regulated environment (e.g. pharma or medical device industry)
- You have additional several years of site-related experience from a relevant business
- You have experience in all required business aspects (reagents, instruments, consumables, service), so EHS support can be provided as needed
- You have a broad knowledge on IVD products, related processes & the customer environment where they are used
- You bring profound knowledge for operating and executing within different cultures (company, ethnic, language) and environments within a global company
- You bring experience from working with EHS matters from a relevant business and in preparing EHS procedures (e.g. work instructions)
- Additionally you have management experience and hold experience in leading teams
- You have demonstrated experience from working with management systems
- Intercultural experience, e.g. demonstrated collaboration in international teams (experience abroad would be advantageous)
- You have demonstrated experience as a Project Manager / Auditor

**Your attributes and skills**:

- As you will be working with international colleagues and our working documents are in English, you will be fluent in this language, both written and spoken. Furthermore, our team language is German, which is why very good German is also required
- To keep yourself up-to-date with EHS systems and the procedures relevant to the position, you work in accordance with the requirements defined in the EHS system
- You are a team-player and have excellent communication style
- You are self-motivating with the skills to motivate others and strong ability to be a self-starter
