We want to bring more green into Germany’s laundry and dish business. A key enabler to get more people to try our great products are promos (mainly coupons and displays). In your role as Promo Specialist you will therefore be a key enabler for driving growth for our brand and business. You will work with the marketing and category management departments of all our key retailers to agree, implement, review and optimize our promotional activities, as well as with a wide cross-functional team within Ecover, such as Key Account Managers, brand teams, supply chain colleagues, finance and agencies. You will be reporting into the Hub Leader for Germany, someone experienced in shopper marketing, who will lead and coach you to do your job great

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the promotional plan across all customers in context of overall brand
- and customer plans.
- Ongoing budget tracking and management
- Reaching agreements with our customers (external facing) about timing, mechanism, tools and POS implementation
- Implementation of our promotional activities such as coupons, displays, multibuy promos (e.g. 2+1). In this you will be the spider in the web and coordinating a cross functional team.
- Implement design and messaging on POS material in line with brand guidelines, supported by our brand team and agencies
- Adopting to changes in customer tools

Experience you’ll bring:

- Experience in Shopper Marketing / Promo Management, preferably in FMCG
- Experience and passion working with and guiding cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills: you have a point of view and know which questions to ask
- Analytical strength that enables you to always have on eye on what works best for our brand
- Experience in managing a complex work environment
- Independent and self-driven, always looking for more insights, more growth opportunities (business & personal), you’re a self-starter who’s not afraid to get your hands dirty and stuff done
- Ability to manage a complex work environment with many activities and a bunch of different stakeholders.
- Comfortable in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
