Your tasks:
- Supporting and providing technical advice to the process owners in the creation and optimization of the company processes
- Instructing the specialist departments in the use of the company processes, in particular the use of the process Net, as part of the further training program
- Carrying out checklist reviews, Preparation of data for reporting
- Monitoring the implementation of corrective, preventive and improvement measures and initiating escalation stages, Updating the process/quality management presence on the intranet
- Assessment, correction and evaluation of non-conformity reports in SAP on the basis of process specifications (FuEM, ZQ)
- Definition and assignment of measures to rectify errors, Moderation of root cause analyses
- Participation in 8D procedures for the sustainable elimination of error causes
Your profile:
- Further training in the field of quality management, Technician degree desirable
- Good knowledge of Office programs (especially Excel and Word)
- Basic knowledge of requirements and methodologies in business process modeling
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, precision mechanic or simila
- Basic knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Good SAP R/3 knowledge, especially in dealing with error messages
- Good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
