KGaA** an unserem HQ in **Einbeck**, Südniedersachsen (bevorzugt) oder aber am Standort **Berlin**. Diese Vakanz wird **unbefristet** und in **Vollzeit** besetzt. Die Einstellung erfolgt zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt. **Ihre Aufgaben**: - Vermittlung von Compliance als Umsetzung der Unternehmenswerte und -ethik der KWS - Internationale Beratung und Betreuung der KWS Gesellschaften insbesondere zu Themen rund um den Datenschutz - Durchführung von internationalen Trainings, insbesondere für Fragestellungen hinsichtlich relevanter Datenschutz-Regelungen und Gesetze zum Kartellrecht und der Korruptions-prävention - Bearbeitung datenschutzrechtlicher Fragestellungen - Datenschutzrechtliche Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Fachabteilungen, Landesgesellschaften und deren lokalen DS-Koordinatoren - Beratung bei der Entwicklung von Abhilfemaßnahmen und zukünftigen präventiven Maßnahmen nach Datenschutzvorfällen und -verstößen - Beratung aller Gesellschaften bei Auskunfts - und Löschungsverlangen - Verbesserung und Pflege des Datenschutzmanagementsystems **Ihr Profil**: - akademischer Abschluss im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften (2.
